Not sure what to say?

JR my friend, you were one in a million for sure. Your passing has left a hole here on earth but as filled one above. Rest in Pease dear man and we will be seeing you down the trail. I was truly Blessed the day I met you back in 1985 at Fallen Leaf Arabians horse ranch and I was privileged to have you as a friend thereafter. My sincere condolences go out to Glenda and all the family.

My memories of J.R. date back to the early 1950s when he came to our ranch in Cayucos to shoe our horses. He was so kind & gentle..a horse shoer extraordinaire. RIP J.R.

JR was such a sweet, kind gentleman. He and my husband, Gene Machado, were life long friends. They took many trips to the Lozier ranch in Wyoming together. The passing parade of these old cowboys saddens the heart but it is comforting to know JR is with family and friends who have been waiting for him.

One of the most genuine men I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Nice, funny, respectful and just a true gentleman. So sorry to hear about his passing. My condolences to the family.

J.R was my father Gene's best friend since school I grew up knowing him and what a sweet man he was never forgotten
