A life well lived is judged by the impact you have on your family, friends and community. Jim's impact will last many decades for his love of Camarillo and the people who live in it. Despite his move to Arizona, we remained friends on social media. My guess is that the people of Surprise feel the same gratitude for having known Jim.

Rob, Tom and Mrs. Jevens, Jim Jevens was a one of a kind super guy! I originally met him through Lions Club activities, worked with him when he was at the Regional Sanitation District, and then at Waste Management where he introduced me to H/R staff in Chicago. It resulted in me landing the largest client of my career.
Jim and Donna "followed" Carol and me to Arizona.
Unfortunately she passed away before we had many social times. Carol and I spoke to Jim on the phone about a month...

Jim was an outgoing, fun and funny person. I remember he and Donna well from functions here in Ventura and Camarillo. We lost track of Jim and Donna when they moved to Arizona. This is sad news and my condolences to his friends and family.

Jim was a real 3M professional and a classy guy. He led a very fulfilling life. RIP.
