Not sure what to say?

I am just learning of Jimmy's passing, much too late. While I had not seen or heard from him in many years, I still thought of him and his family often. I miss hearing him and Clair playing the guitar etc. I also always enjoyed seeing Jimmy's woodworking projects too, one of which I still possess. I guess GOD needed another guitar player. My deepest condolences to his family.

Jimmy was the fist WPD officer that I did a ride along with. He was a great guy. He will be missed

Heard of Jimmy's passing from a friend and retired WPD officer. I worked with Jimmy on WPD back in 1988 and have very fond memories of him. And a funny story which I'm sure there are many. He will be missed I'm sure from family and co-workers.

I am saddened to hear that Jim passed away this week. He was a great friend and mentor in my early days with the WPD. We attended recruit class together in 1984 and became unlikely but instant friends. Jim had been a reserve officer before joining WPD as a regular officer in 1984. Because of his experience, he already "knew the ropes" and became the leader of our class.

Jim and I shared an apartment until I married in 1987. Our place on Westlawn was a frequent after-3rd...

Jimmy and I were great buddies growing up playing baseball together. I am saddened by hearing of his loss. My prayers are with the Johnson family at this time of his passing. I will remember all the fun we had out in Bel Aire---It was the best---Rest in Peace Jimmy

I grew up with Jimmy in BelAire and went from kindergarten through high school with him. I will always remember his smile and kind heart. You were an amazing man! My heart is heavy with your passing, but I know that you are smiling down on us.

Sorry to hear of Jimmy's passing, he was always a nice guy. Must be true the good die young.

We're so sorry to hear about Jim. I went to high school with him and my husband grew up with him in BelAire.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
