I'm so sad to hear of Jim's passing. Jim and Linda were friends of my parents, Clyde and Jennie Van Bebber, as was his brother John. My father ran an aviation company in Porterville, and that is how they met. I spent many hours flying with Jim when I was a kid. In fact, Jim gave me my first actual documented hours of instruction when I was about 12 years old. To Linda and family, our sincere condolences. We first met Jim and Linda in Bad Nauheim Germany in 1965 while serving with the 3rd armor division.
