What a special person! My husband and I were friends and associates for many, many years. So sad to hear of his passing. We hunted together, shot trap and sporting clays together and had many successful real estate transactions with Jim. I just wish I could have seen him one more time.

I will always remember the great times I had with Jim at the Truckee Meadows Boys and Girls Club Annual Crab Feed! He was an untiring and awesome supporter of The Kids for many, many years and will be missed by all.

Jim was my first real estate broker in the early 90's.... I still draw from his expert knowledge and influence he graced upon me while an agent in his office. Godspeed Jim and my sincerest condolences to the entire family.

Back in the day working with your dad Jim, and all the other great ones that sat around the Board table at the Boys and Girls Club were cherished times.

We'll miss Jim's wisdom which he so loved to share, and we so liked to listen to. His sense of humor always brought smiles to the room.
I feel fortunate for the opportunities I had to enjoy and soak in his lessons, and experience his passion for creative real estate.
May all be comforted to know that he was blessed to do what he loved until the very end.

My heart and soul go out to the Keller, Cloud and Remaklus family. I am truly blessed to have worked and known this true gentleman. I will miss you my "Mr. Jim"
