Not sure what to say?

Fr. Jim was a talented and inspiring teacher of so many students who carry on his work. He was a brother and guardian in our Franciscan community at QC/QU. He was always ready with a quip! We will miss you; may you know release from your suffering.

Father kelly u will be missed i love you

Prayers for Fr. Jim and his family. Fr. Jim inspired many of us to become better teachers and to share the love of reading with children.

Jim, your example of patience and joy in spite of all of your many years of suffering has been a source of inspiration! Your life has honored your parents, your sisters, Holy Family School, Padua Franciscan High, St. John Bosco, and of course the Franciscans. You have helped God "repair His house". Jerry Hiller, Dennis Hiller, and Pat Krall.

Eternal rest to our dear Brother Jim. The smile in his picture says it all. Peace and all good!

The world has lost a wonderful man. The humor was always making people laugh. His kindness was felt by many and he served his God. We will miss you Jim.

I'm so glad Jim spent some time in Uniondale, NY, and we got to know and love him. He was a very special priest. How he loved Christmas, cherry pie, and my Mom's tuna fish salad! I'm sure she was there to welcome him into her loving arms. My deepest sympathy.

Jim was an amazing person. His humor was infectious. His talent as a teacher was legendary. Most of all, he was a caring, loving priest who sought to bring the love of Christ to all those whom he served. Rest in peace, good and faithful servant.
