James was born on August 12, 1950 and passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2017. James was a resident of Tullahoma, Tennessee at the time of passing. He was a U S Army veteran and a Ford Master Tech. Funeral Services are scheduled for Thursday, March 23 at 2 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with Bro. Ray Cathey officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be Thursday from 12 PM until the service time.
