Not sure what to say?

On behalf of the McHugh family, I would like to extend our deepest sympathy for your loss. My father (Ed McHugh)always shared his memories of Jim with us and felt honored to be a life-long friend. May God bless your family and may Jim rest in peace.

Jim was a long time friend of my father's, Ed McHugh. He and dad spoke shortly before my dad's death this past spring. They joked and made a deal about seeing each other ''on the other side.'' They agreed that whoever 'went first' was in charge of saving a 'place in line' for the other one. May Jim rest in peace and find himself surrounded by friends and his loving family "on the other side."

Mr. Kenealy was a good friend of my dad's since, I think, grade school and was also in my mom and dad's wedding back in 1960. They kept in touch up until my dad's death in April this year. My dad always enjoyed the snippets of newspaper articles Mr. Kenealy would send him and in turn, share with his kids. Rest in peace, Mr. Kenealy...I'm sure my dad is thrilled to have come company "up there" with him!

Jim was a year ahead of me at both Benedictine and John Carroll. I had the pleasure of being a cheerleader at both schools and rooted him on at the basketball games.
I was always proud of the fact that he was a "Man of Benedictine."
My prayers go out for him and his family.

I am glad our paths crossed again after all those years from John Carroll. I will miss the Friday breakfasts at Adams and the many stories your shared. Thanks for all the great gifts. God Bless you Jim and May God hold you in the palm of his Hand.

We praise God for the life and service of our veteran. May he rest in peace in the arms of our Lord as a grateful nation mourns.
