Not sure what to say?

I learned much from Mr. Kennan when I worked at the Blue Ridge Hospital in the 1980's. He was so supportive of all the staff. He was a joy to work with and for in every way.

Mr. Kennan was so kind to me when I began working at Blue Ridge Hospital in 1985. He was smart yet humble and I was so grateful to become part of the "Blue Ridge Community" that he fostered. At a time when I most needed it, he welcomed me to the Blue Ridge family of which he was so fiercely proud. I am honored to have known this fine man.

Mr. Kennan was such a respected and wonderful man. I worked with him on the 3rd floor of McKim Hall (UVA) back in the Dr. Detmer days. What a special time. Deepest sympathy!

Sending my condolences and prayers for Jim´s family. I worked with Jim in the middle 80s at the UVA Healh Sciences Development Office. Jim was a very nice gentleman.

The members and supporters of the Albemarle High School Alumni Association were very sorry to hear about Mr. Kennan´s passing. It is always sad to lose a member of the Albemarle family, and we offer our condolences to his family and friends.

My condolences to the family. Jim was such a kind and thoughtful person. I knew him as a fellow United Way Board member as we served many years together. He always had a smile and valuable contributions to any discussion. He was loved by all.

Jim Kennan was a wonderful Man and my colleague at Montague Miller & Co. I am so sorry to miss his celebration of life.
