Jim was my landlord for almost 20 years. He got out of the Marine Corps the year before I was born. So when I went to see the place, he saw the sticker on my car, and we got off to a great start. During those years, we became very good friends. He was always badgering me to join the Marine Corps League, which I just feel like doing. Anyway, Semper Fi Jim, guarding the Streets of Heaven.
