I only met Jim one time and that was at a reunion for A Troop 4/12 Cav at Niagara Falls. Jim aka Charlie Brown, Bill McShane aka Blue Max and I walked across the Peace Bridge in to Canada. I listened as the two of them relived memories from so very long ago . I never had the honor of serving under either of them but to me they were class acts. And had all their stuff together.
