To the Kettlewell family - though I did not know James, I work with John and am terribly sorry for your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Jim was not only a great business associate to myself and to Steelcase, he was a mentor and a friend. I was fortunate enough to know Jim both professionally through our business ties but also personally through our ties with our children and their school. He will be missed by all of us that knew him.
