Not sure what to say?

Hello Sandy, I can't believe its been a year already and it still hurts to think of what happened to James. I hope your well today. I'm with Penny for the weekend and we are caring for our mother who just got out of the hospital after a whole month. James will always be on my mind and forever in my heart. Sandy you did a great job raising such a wonderful son. Hugs to you today and always, Luanne (pennys sister)

It was one year ago today... a Thursday. It was actually Jan. 24, but a Thursday just the same. I got the call at work... I received several that afternoon. Everybody wanted to know was it true... We had pool that night... I had to call the rest of the team and tell them Jimmy wasn't going to be there... We all showed up early... Five grown men and not a dry eye among us. We drank Premium that night and remembered our friend Jimmy. We shoot pool tonight... and we'll celebrate him. We...

James i met your once when you & Penny came down to the cities for a concert. You were such a wonderful person to meet. My thoughts & preyers are with you. Penny & Luke I love you both.

Penny, Luke and the Kiel Family,
My sympathy goes out to you all for the loss of such a special person as James. Before my friend Penny started dating James I knew him only as an acquaintance and as the gorgeous UPS Man that delivered to our radio station. I was lucky enough become friends with James the past few years and I can only say that I learned that not only was James beautiful on the outside but also beautiful on the inside. I will always remember James for his smile and sweet...

Jim was always such a CHARACTER. No matter your mood, he’d have you smiling and laughing within minutes. Jim and I weren’t great friends, but our paths always seemed to cross at least a few times each year, and I always looked forward to those meetings. His personality was infectious. My wife only met him a couple of times, but often asked if I had gotten to see him on trips “up north”.

I remember back to squirt hockey and playground games at Cobb-Cook and it seems so recent. It’s hard...

Dear Wayne, Sandy, and Kim

My heart sank when I learned of James passing.

I first met him when he was an 11 year old boy. He was just Kim's 'pesty little brother'at first, but the kid always made me laugh and put a smile on my face. From then on he was always my friend 'James'.

I remember taking him golfing at the Swam Lake Country Club when he was 13 and I was 18. He beat me of course, and over the years he never let me forget it.

He always went out of his...

Dear Wayne and Sandy - Please know how many lives Jim touched. How much he was genuinely loved and how deeply he'll be missed. Every year I looked forward to Wednesday afternoons at the Muni and Thursday nights with our pool team. Jim wasn't only a team mate, he shared our passions, laughs, ups and downs. We'll all share our personal stories of Jim forever. He was a very special young man, quick to smile, unforgettable. I am truly a better person for having him as my friend. God bless...
