Not sure what to say?

I had only known Jim for a few years, but I considered him to be one of the truly good guys and a true gentleman. He always gave of himself and had an infectious good humor. He also managed to maintained a safari mentality with a willingness to explore, observe, and share the world around him. I will miss him, and my sympathies and prayers go out to Elaine.

I will always remember Jim's enthusiasm about engineering, mathematics and the work we did at Lincoln Labs. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Elaine.

Jim and I have been good friends since our days at Northwestern University. His sense of humor and positive attitude has brightened all our lives. My wife Ellen and I offer our deepest sympathy to Elaine and family. We will keep you in our prayers.

Everyone who knew Jim will miss him - Not only was he a colleague he was a good friend.

Jim Kile was a good friend and fellow alumnus of RPI. He was an excellent engineer and an outstanding resource to the Gray Moon program. Best wishes to the family.

I was always impressed with Jim's gentle spirit, his love of the stars (and willingness to share that love) and most of all his love and devotion to Elaine. It was a relationship that was one of a kind and my prayers are with you Elaine. I know Jim will be with you every step along your new path.

I first met Jim at RPI and then we followed each other to Northwestern University and Lincoln Lab. He has been a good friend through all these years. I will miss his sense of humor, his kind heart and the many long talks we had about friends, physics and life. Elaine I wish you peace. You will be in my prayers.

Elaine;
Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories of Jim bring you comfort.
Bob,Sally & Chris.

For all your energy, knowlege, love, and enthusiasm for life, you will be missed.
