Not sure what to say?

Jamie: I have such fond memories of you and miss you every day. You made such an impact on my life.

Jamie: I was so honored to know you. I always had fun when I was with you. Rest easy, my friend. Love, Molly

We were neighbors in the main entrance building (no longer) our sophomore year ('55-'56) and had many raucous good times, including challenging Latin classes with "Bird" Stevens, sharing cans of cold Chef Boyardee raviolis and, of course, our mutual love of jazz - his drum solos with brushes on cardboard at all hours accompanied by Norman Granz's "Jazz at the Philharmonic" records playing the likes of Buddy Rich, Gene Krupa et al. After graduation, I only saw Jaimie (as we called him then)...

Jamie lit up the room he walked into. He was such a great man and full of life and fun. I will miss him terribly.

It was fun knowing youand making those films with you, Jamie, and I wish you well in all your further endeavors. My very best to all of your family.

Well written Ted, I remember him as a witty fun loving man. He would visit regularly on his trips east. There are many "Jamieisms" that survive him and are in regular use today. They are often met with an eye roll, But that is the beauty of them. I know his last years were difficult and I believe he is in a better place Godspeed James
