TO COOKIE KING & FAMILY: WE ARE SADDENED TO HEAR OF JIMMY'S PASSING.PLEASE ACCEPT OUR SINCERE CONDOLENCES,WE WERE UNAWARE OF HIS PASSING. REST IN PEACE MY FRIEND. YOU ARE IN OUR PRAYERS.

So sad to hear of Jimmy’s passing.

Jimmy was at his best when you saw him trying to help others, especially when he was running his Jimmy King Civic Association in Journal Square.
He relished serving his community by listening to and fixing his countless constituents’ daily problems.
His motto was “ your problems are my problems“

RIP
May God bless Jimmy and his entire family.

To Cookie King and the entire King family,

I was saddened to learn of your husbands passing. Please accept my sincerest condolences. Jimmy was well liked and well respected in Jersey City, his dedication to his city and to its residents was unparalleled. May your manny memories of him comfort you at this most diffult time, and always. May God rest his soul. John Greco, a colleague from the Board of Education.

My God Bless you Jimmy and Cookie and the Boys
