Please accept y sincere condolences on the passing of Jim. I had the pleasure of working with Jim at The Woodbury Daily Times for several years beginning in 1971, and all these years later I remember what a friendly and helpful person he was to me, a novice sportswriter trying to learn how to "put a page together. " You could always count on an interesting conversation with Jim----as long as we weren't hurrying to put a page together before a deadline....
