Jim was by far one of the nicest people I worked with at Pa DEP. My best to his family and friends. He was by all accounts a great guy.

I had the good fortune to meet Jim through his work in the GIS profession. He was intelligent, innovative and tireless and made many contributions within the industry. He was a trusted leader and well respected within the community, which inspired people who knew him to achieve their best. His calm and steady temperament made it easy to work with him.
We will miss Jim the most because he was a person who valued and cared for the people around him.

I had the privilege of working in the same office as Jim many years ago. He was a wonderful man who always had time for a smile and "hello". Rest in Peace Jim.

Kim I am so sorry that I can't be there with you to give a big hug.I was not physically able to make the trip and would have needed Dons help and I wanted him to have freedom to be with his family every minute he can. That will help him to begin the healing process. My heart is there with you and I hope you can feel my love around you. He was a gem and I am so sad for you and glad he is not going through what he endured. But that doesn't lessen your pain. love, Helen
