Not sure what to say?

I only met Jim at social functions but when he spoke of his family, love exuded from him. Love given never dies but is passed on to be multiplied.

Sally, I am a Holt descendant, and would like to document Jim as being a keeper of Holt children in the Holt Family Tree. Please contact me at some future time at: 633-9760 or by e-mail. Great men deserve their place in history. There are no words to describe your truly great love, but I would like to privately try some time in the...

I was shocked today to learn of Jim's passing. Jim came from Sioux Falls, S. D, and myself from Yankton, S. D. But we became great friends through motorsports and the All Pro Racing Association when we brought the series to Mobile International Speedway. Jim and I shared many good racing memories everytime we were together. My condolances to his family at their devastating loss. Jim was passionate about his craft and I will miss talking to him as we have done in the past. RIP my dear...

We never knew Jim, except for his great radio and televison voice. He always seemed to enjoy any sporting activity on which he was reporting. May God bless the family at this time. Jim will always be a part of the wonderful memories our family shared as we watched and heard him on both T. V. and radio. To Jim's family and loved ones, we knew Jim only through the television, but he was a daily member of our family as he brought the sports news into our homes. May your hearts be filled with God's comfort during this time of sorrow, Our prayers are with you.

My prayers are with Jim's family. I got to know him through Amatuer Radio and he was a pleasent individual.

Scott and Sandra,
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Sally, all my love and prayers for you and your loved ones. Jim was a very special person. I'll miss my chats with him at the Mexican where I could always catch up on all the goings on because Jim knew everybody and everybody knew him! He was well loved and respected by everyone.
