Jim and I had Economics classes together all thru college, often battling for best grades. He and I ended up in the same field, real estate appraisals. He was a true gentleman and professional. God Bless his family.

Sharon, Dennis and family. I was SO sorry to hear about Jim's passing. Truly, he was one of the nicest and best I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and working with. Very glad that the BBHS-NDA reunions of 65 & 66 helped form our friendship and I got to know him so much better than "back in the day". He was a treasure and I pray for him, both of you, and your family, may all your memories be wonderful and last forever.
