Not sure what to say?

So very sorry to hear of his passing. I trained with him as a surgery resident in Kalamazoo. He was creative and brilliant, always teaching me something new and genuinely caring about his patients.

MATT AND FAMILY, I WAS SO SORRY TO READ OF YOUR BROTHER´S PASSING. I REMEMBER WELL YOUR SUMMER TRIPS TO MEET HIM AT THE CABIN IN WI. MAY YOUR CHERISHED MEMORIES,SHARED EXPERIENCES AND UNIQUE BOND YOU BOTH SHARED . BRING YOU PEACE TO YOUR HEART. CINDY CONNOLLY

I am so sorry to here of James' passing - Jono to me. We were friends back in elementary school and I was a cub scout mate of his when his father was the den leader. We were also part of a special studies program in fifth grade or so and recall his topic was on, perhaps, DNA but certainly science related. Of course, I didn't understand a thing but knew he was brilliant. It's the oddest thing, yesterday I was thinking of him and thought to drop him a note to reconnect. We lost contact but he...

I worked with him in TCU at Bronson. He was a wealth of knowledge. He had so many great hobbies and interests He would cook us bbq on the weekends, and it was wonderful. I´m so sorry for your loss. Gone way too soon .

I remember how down to earth he seemed for a trauma specialist. I enjoyed working with him although it had been a bit, he was such a good guy and I know he will be missed. Such a guy of many talents and skills in such a short life span is very hard to measure. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Prayers for peace and comfort to the family. I had the pleasure of working with Dr Kraatz in the burn and wound center at BMH. I remember fondly having the kiddos for a day. ( for a date he had with Mrs Kraatz) .

Our thoughts & prayers are with all of your family.

My heartfelt condolences to Jono´s family and friends. It´s been many years since I´ve seen him, but I have many good and interesting memories. Jono built a series of fish tanks in the Illinois College biology lab, with a collection of freshwater fish curated by him from ponds in the Jacksonville area. This created a lab assistant job for me, as I cared for the fish after Jono went on to medical school. I´m forever grateful.
