Not sure what to say?

I´m very sorry to hear of Jim´s passing. I grew up with Jim less than a block away on Vincent Avenue in the Galeville neighborhood. I couldn´t have asked for a better or more reliable and generous friend. I lost track of Jim when I left upstate NY quite a while ago. I´m very sorry to hear of his passing. I had the idea that he´d live forever. I expect that´s not entirely realistic.

Kube was the most ethical and honorable maN I think I have ever met. He loved his wife and family and was a true family man.

I worked with Jim at Coldwell Banker and Remax and were good friends. He was a man with a truly good

My girls both bought HUD homes, these purchases were difficult and time consumingbut Jim was there through it all and he treated my girls like they were his own. Knowing how much Jim cared for his own family, I knew my girls were in good handsevery step of the process was related to an experience he had with his daughters and with...
