Not sure what to say?

I worked with Dr. LaFave for many years in the operating room. He was an excellent surgeon and so delightful to work with. He had high standards for performance and had a nice way of communicating his expectations. He had a wonderful sense of humor and always put a smile on my face with his morning greeting to me, hearkening to an event that we experienced on one occasion. I am so fond of the memories I have of Dr. LaFave. My heart goes out to the family on this anniversary of his passing....

Remembered as a kind, skilled, surgeon. His patients deserved the best and that's what he always gave.

Such a great loss. We loved that man, his wife Gail, and his growing family. He was a superb surgeon, a kindly physician. Our love goes to Gail and family at this time, when we celebrate the long life of gracious good man and friend. Bob and Rosemary Geist

I absolutely adored this man. He was always so happy, positive, and genuinely kind . He brought so much joy to myself and others when we would see him walk in to the restaurant with his beautiful Gail . We will miss him so.... I will miss the way he greeted me with a hug and a kind word and my nickname he had for me .......

My prayers for the family as they grieve their loss. I worked with Dr. LaFave for many years in the operating room and we had many pleasant and humorous exchanges. He was one of my favorite people to work with and there were times when he requested my services for a particular procedure he was going to do. I have many fond memories of him. We will meet again in heaven. Blessings to all others who share memories of this very special man.
