Not sure what to say?

I woke up today thinking about Jimmy, and I always laugh at the last stupid, but funny, joke he told me. Then, this email came saying I could add to his guest book. I miss him - his bravery, his humor, his love of life. I know he´s with us all. I loved him.

To Ron, Sue and the Lafferty families.

Just to sympathise with on you on Jimmys deaths and to let you know our prayers and thoughts are with you at this sad time.

I've just heard this news and I'm devastated. Jen, I can't imagine how you must be feeling, I'm so truly sorry for your loss. Jim knew how to light up a room, he was funny, compassionate and just a truly decent man. A rare breed. It was a pleasure and an honour to know Jim, he was always an inspiration.. and a smartypants! I'll miss his fun but I know my life is richer for knowing him and I'm sitting here now trying, not to write war and peace.. and grinning. You can't think of Jim and not...

A loss of a very special son . The Lafferty family will get through this. We will never forget our Tim or your Jimmy. They are in heaven having a beer together.

We will never forget the joy they brought to us.

Although I only crossed paths twice with Jim at the alternative clinic in the Bahamas, he did indeed light up a room. He shared his knowledge with all the other patients. He will be greatly missed. Heaven is brighter for his presence, I'm sure. Jim was truly a good, good man.

I met Jim at the St. Patrick's Day celebration at Dukes and found him hysterical. He had on this huge leprechaun hat. Jim could always make me laugh, even if he wasn't feeling 100%. I saw him around Lankenau and the gym from time to time and we would catch up on things. I am sure he is cracking everyone up in heaven. Jim, you will be missed. God Bless you Jen and Gavin. You were the light of Jim's life. He will surely be taking care of you from above.

Just to say how deeply sorry we are for you loss, and to let ye know ye are in our thoughts and prayers at this sad and difficult time.

I was very sorry to read of Jim's passing in the paper. I went to school with Ron at St. Phil's. Please know that your family will be in my prayers.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Lafferty, Susie, Ron, Jen and Gavin,
Jim was a huge blessing in my life and I thank you for allowing me to be a part of his beautiful farewell. He forever had my back and I will forever have yours..
Love, Wendy xoxox
