James S. Lamb Sr.

Mr. Lamb was a great man. He Baptized me in 2001 and was a mentor and friend. I miss his counsel and friendship.

Mr. Lamb was a true man of God. A wonderful mentor. A man that lived wonderfully by example. A true servant of the Eternal God. My family and I was honored to have known him.

James Lamb was a great man and Leader in the Church of God. He had alot to do with who I am as a person now, he was like a grandfather to me. He helped my family through some very hard times! We will miss him and look forward to seeing him again on that great resurrection morning!

Mr. James Lamb was an encouraging leader to God's people over decades of faithful service. His energy, enthusiasm and caring smile will be forever missed. I am happy to have known him as a friend and pastor. I feel certain Mr. Lamb will awaken when the Final Trump sounds to God's Great Kingdom! May God send consolation, comfort and wisdom to his family during this time of grief.

I will long remember the tenor of Mr. Lamb’s southern voice, as he thundered out an unapologetic, no nonsense message of God’s truth. He made me sit up and listen, as any “good and faithful servant” should. I pray God will comfort his family. He will be missed.

The Esters family of Atlanta have a very special place in our hearts for Mr. Lamb. He was the Minister that Baptized each one of us! We will surely miss him deeply!

I loved Mr. Lamb, and will forever be grateful for his influence and the fond memories of our time together. I'll miss him and think often of him.
