I worked for Captain Lantry in Brooklyn, NY. He was the CO of the USCG Brooklyn Supply Center. I loved working for/with him. I will always remember his tenacity and go get em philosophy. He told me to be aware that he could not hear from one ear so good, so please be aware when we talked, he might slant his head to be able to hear me, but it did not mean he was not understanding.
