OLOKIKIJULO..BANTUS!! I'LL MISS YOU AND DR. LEWIS SO VERY MUCH. THANK YOU FOR TEACHING US TO LOVE WHO WE ARE AND PRIDE IN OUR HERITAGE. THROUGH THE UPWARD BOUND PROGRAM YOU TAUGHT ME HOW TO STAND UP FOR WHAT I BELIEVE AND THE VALUE OF EDUCATION..LOVE YOU!!!

I know this is very late but Mr. Lasley had a profound impact on my life along with Dr. Joseph D. Lewis when they were apart of the Central State University Upwared Bound Program.. I will never forget the basketball games, the trains at the skating rink and the blue tshirt with the letters "LASLEY" spelled across theback.. Along with Dr. Lewis, I know you two are running things in heaven... Be at rest!! OLOKIKIJULO!!

My prayers go out to the Lasley Family. May God be with all of you during your time of lost.I will always remember Mr. Lasley as "A MAN OF WISDOM".

Thanks Coach, you saw my skills in 5th grade thru college. cause of you I went to check out Knoxville football for you and me!. Les you believed in us in West Dayton and Dayton Public Schools Athletic's. Rest in Heaven Laz... Coach Donald Blanton, glad you witness the give back.

R.I.P Mr. L-A-S-L-E-Y. The memories of you when I was in Upward Bound will always be in my memories. You did so much for the youth in the city of Dayton. I want to say thank you sir and you will be missed.
