James Lawrence

Jim and Lou were longtime friends. I knew that Jim had stopped being active on Facebook but thought maybe I had said something wrong.
We were in the Heart Of Illinois Sports Car Club for years. Lou and I went to West Bluff Christian Church together since grade school. PHS as well.
Both Cheryl and I are sorry for your loss. I did put this notice on Facebook this morning as I am still in contact with several HOUSCC alumni.

One of my favorite people since we met years ago at his comedy club. The past few years were hard and unfair. Regina and I miss him daily.

Jimmie was my buddy since we were around 12 years old. Moving from Peoria to Indiana in the late 50's we lost contact for a while but when we did find each other the past years had melted away.
My wife and I were fortunate to meet Lou, at their ranch home, the mansion at Moss Avenue, and their home on Kickapoo, she was a great lady and we know Jimmie missed her terrible.
I last talked to Jim in May, he told problems with his leg, about 2-3 weeks ago I tried to reach him. Just last week...
