Not sure what to say?

I am saddened to hear of Jim's passing. I worked under Jim in the Simulation Branch from 1985-1990, he became branch chief during this time. Jim provided much wisdom on how to be successful at NASA, and I enjoyed chatting with him on Friday's as he would walk through the offices to catch up on my work activities as well as others. I remember he loved to go on trips which included walking tours. I will always be thankful for the opportunity to have known Jim and worked for him. Godspeed Jim...

I was sorry to hear of Jim's death. I worked for him from 1979 to 1985 in the Simulation Branch at JSC where he was assistant Branch Chief. Actually, I worked in the same Division, G&C, for many years prior starting in 1966. I recall talking with him about North Carolina BBQ. My husband and brothers also attended NC State, but I never knew he was born in New York...as I'm a born Yankee too! Jim was a kind man. My heartfelt condolences to Mary Ann and family.
