Not sure what to say?

The chaplain's memorial service message achieved for me the notable goal of leaving me wishing I could have known Jim better. I also have some ties I could have contributed to the cause!

I have attended many psychiatric meetings and functions with Jim. I shall miss him. I send my condolences to his family. You are in my prayers.

Jim was a rare psychiatrist who always cared so much for the welfare of his patients. We had many delightful conversations about so many subjects as he had an interest in just about any topic. His zest for life inspired me and I will miss his friendship and his smile. We have lost a fine man indeed and I will never forget him.

Jim had a rare zest for life which I greatly admired. He was a very dedicated physician and a kind person. During my years at Princeton, I always enjoyed seeing Jim and especially enjoyed lunches with him in the Princeton dining room.

When my wife and I came to Alabama, Dr. Lee and his wife made us feel welcome like few others. He was generous, full of life, all substance, and no fake. I miss him, and my heart goes out to his wife and family.

It was fun to work with Jim. He was a bundle of energy, common sense, compassion for his patients, and appreciation for those who worked with him in the office and at the hospital.

During a difficult time, Jim helped me both personally and professionally, and I will forever have fond memories of him.

Dr. Jim Lee was a wonderful man, a fine and caring psychiatrist. Our community will sorely miss him, his kindness, his clinical expertise and his humor.

Dr. Lee was a respected psychiatrist and an advocate for his profession. Those of us in the state society will miss him.
