Jim was such a good soul he will be missed. He taught me there´s only one way to make a great steak, it has to be on a charcoal Weber, thick and with a coo beer. He was a uncle from another family but he always showed me so much respect. Lots of good laughs in his garage in SC. Rest easy Jim. Prayers to the family
