Dr. Al and family: We are saddened to learn of the passing of your Father today. We will hold you, your family and especially your Father in our prayers.

Our condolences to Stacy and family. Thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sorrow. May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Dr. Letton was amazing leader in the KSU Cincinnati Alumni family. He was committed to serving our beloved Kentucky State University and always shared his knowledge and passion with the younger generations. It was an honor to be in his company. My players are with the Letton Family.

To the family of Dr. James C. Letton: I offer my sincere condolences for your loss of a husband, father and grandfather. I know that it is difficult to lose someone so close whom you love so much. My prayers are that you be comforted in the midst of your grief.

Dear Alan (former U.C. classmate) and family:

Please accept my sincerest condolences. Dr. Letton was an outstanding scientist, a trailblazer, and an inspiration to all of us.

Letton was a great friend, brother (Q) and scholar.
His humor was always on point and he was always in a good mood.
I will miss him at K S U.
My prayers to the family.
