I remember three aspects of Jim's character - 1. he was ready, at a seconds notice, to find humor in a situation 2. he was a gentleman and 3. he clearly, and vocalized it freely, felt lucky to have hitched his wagon to Viveca. Mike Freeman

Jim and "the Snake" and Meg and Steffy enjoyed good times and fond memories.

Dear Viveca & Family, so sorry to hear of your and our loss. Jim was a one of several larger than life characters in Joe Soviero's Specialty Chemicals Division that made it such a special place to work - but only he had that cigar to go along with his stories! As others have noted, sadly another legend lost to us but we have the memories. RIP Jim.
