Not sure what to say?

Jim and I worked together at EVMS for a lot of years. He was an outstanding friend and a super surgeon and teacher. I want to send my very best to his family, as I know many of them and I know that all of us will have many fond memories of him.

Please know that the Lind family is in my thoughts and prayers at this time. Although, I did not have the pleasure of meeting Dr. James Lind, I heard wonderful stories about him from Dr. Scott Lind, Joanna and Mrs. Lind. May your memories give you comfort now.

My condolences are with the entire family at this time. I did not know Dr. Lind, but have the privilege of working with Scott, so know he must have been a great man.

Jim served so many in so many ways. For me a trustworthy
colleague, a helper when I needed help, a gracious guide, a fine physician and surgeon, and especially a teacher and molder of young students. Louise and I send our best to his family during this time of loss.

Dr. Lind was a wonderful person. I will always remember with fondness the hard work, good times and cheer we shared together at EVMS. He was the consummate professional yet at ease with good humor.
To all his family, I leave my sincere hope for your many happy memories with him.

I will be thinking about him when I plant my garden this spring. What a beautiful passionate man. My...
