To the Litz Family,

It is with sadness that I heard the news of Jimmy's passing. Upon hearing this, I reflected upon some memories of Jimmy.

As a kid, I recall him making sausage with Ray, Art Teiber, and Clarence. Jimmy had some unorthodox techniques for sausage-making. I remember them straining stuff through socks, adding lots of pepper and whole mustard seeds into the mixture, and frying up the sausage patties to taste-test it, all while...
