Slim was a boyhood friend of my husbans, bill Jones, Jr. SDlim was a groomsman in our wedding in 1952. We visited them in their Smith Mountain home. His wife, Ellen, gave me my first bridal shower. Slim was a very interesting man with many hobbies which he enjoyed. I send condolences from all of our family. Susan, Billy and Katharine. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
