Not sure what to say?

Zeb, Judy and Family, Our deepest condolences to you in the loss of James. We just found out today James passed in mid March. We have kept you all in our prayers and will pray for you all in this difficult time of your loss.

Rest easy, Sarge.

Was one of my Soldiers when he came to Ft Knox. Loyal, dedicated and could tell the funniest of stories/jokes with the straightest of faces. Great guy, great memories. My condolences to his family and rest easy Brother

I had the pleasure of being stationed at Ft. Knox with James. He was a great guy. Had some great times riding the tank ranges at night. Love and prayers for all of his family.

I was stationed with James at Fort Knox. James was a straight shooter and took no trash from anyone. One time we were all playing combat soccer in an in door gym and he laid out the commander with a huge hit. Everyone stopped and said Dude, that was the Commander! James with the straightest face said Well..., he shouldnt have hit the ball then. I nearly peed my pants.

I was James' team leader at Fort Knox, KY. He was an outstanding Soldier and his professionalism was unmatched by other Soldiers. He had a since of humor that would make you laugh even if you had a bad day. I was very saddened to hear the news of his loss and wanted to offer my prayers for his family. I will always remember his smile. Rest in peace, brother.

The Locklear Family has been friends with the Rowe Family of Salineville for over 40 years. I remember when James was born and watched him grow since then. RIP James, and thank you for your service. Hand Salute! Prayers and Condolences to the Locklear Family!
God Bless,
