Dear JoAnn and Family,

I worked with Jim at American Express and we loved to talk about Maui and his other trips. I was really sad to hear about your loss. He was a really nice Man and I enjoyed working for him. Just know that he will still be with you in your time of need.
With my sincere sympathy,
Lorna Holmes
