James Long II

Jim was a wonderful friend. We would spend hours just sitting in his barn, talking, or listening to music, throwing darts, you name it. His wife Sherry is also a wonderful friend who greeted us with a homemade "death by chocolate" cake almost 10 years ago when we moved next door to them. I have so many fond memories of them with their dog Kissy, and my dog playing together in the woods. Jim was always ready to help me with any outdoor project from falling trees to digging holes for whatever....

So sad that Jimmy didn't have a memorial service to celebrate his life. He had a son, daughter in law. grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends who loved him. His family and friends would have welcomed the opportunity to honor Jimmy, the man they loved.

Going to miss my old buddy of 50 plus years. Remembering the good times we had 4 wheeling, hunting, lake neighbors and in the Fire Dept together Missing his Ho Ho Merry Christmas phone call that he left every Christmas. Ken and Chris Berrier
