Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear this. Jimmy was a friend in the band at Lakeside High School and Georgia Tech. Always so sweet and kind. I have fond memories of playing midnight football in the Lynch yard. My deepest condolences to all of his family.

My husband had been a patient of Dr. Lynch's for many years at Cumberland Neurology. About a month before Dr. Lynch's passing, my mom was hospitalized and Dr. Lynch stopped by her hospital room for a visit. Even though my husband was a former patient, he remembered me because I often went to my husband's appointments with him. He pulled up a chair and we had a great conversation for about 30 minutes.
He asked how my husband was doing and it just felt like I was talking to a friend...

I worked with Jim, as partner and friend, for 13 years. We shared many memorable times and I learned a great deal from him, both about life and medicine. He was an Oak Ridge institution and none of us who knew him will ever forget him! Our hearts are with you Mary!

I only met Dr. Lynch two weeks before his death when I had a doctor's appointment with his office but it deeply saddened me to hear that he had passed. He was one of those people that you made an instant connection with when you met him and I definitely did. My only regret is that I won't be able to meet him again on this earth but look forward to another meeting one day in Heaven. My deepest sympathy to his entire family and staff.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Dr. Lynch. To his wife, one of his biggest fears was that he would lose you first. He loved you so much. Working in the ICU closely with patients at the end of their lives, Dr. Lynch and I had many conversations about the afterlife and God’s plan for us. I know that he is in the best place he can be. Prayers for those who loved him.

So sorry to hear about Dr. Lynch. I started working at Cumberland Neurology in 2005 and enjoyed working with Dr. Lynch. We always had fun at our office parties.
One time I couldn’t get to work because of snow so he picked me up and drove me to work.
I Will remember him as a good and smart man and doctor.
Condolences to his wife Mary❤.

The obituary says it all' He was a great doctor and had a wonderful sense of humor. He came to examine my mother in the hospital. Everyone knew when he got off the elevator. All the nurses yelled Dr. Lynch. He was a joy to everyone. I hate this has happened. May God bless you all.

His passing is so surreal. He was such a presence at Methodist. He was such a kind, funny man. He was friendly to everyone. He was also one of the most intellectual people I've ever met. Dr. Lynch will be greatly missed at Methodist hospital. May he rest in peace.

I’m so sorry to hear this, he was one of my favorite providers to work for. He will be missed!
