I´m so very sorry to hear about Jim´s passing. He was a very kind and good man. He was my first boss in the real estate world that I knew nothing about. I was deeply saddened to hear of his death. Rest In Peace Jim.

I taught Jim´s wonderful daughters at Fullerton Magnet School. Whenever I would see Jim at Champions Run we would talk about his girls Joslyn and Marne. He was very proud of them and was such a kind man. He always had time to stop and say hello. My sincere condolences to Molly and the entire Maenner family.
