Not sure what to say?

Dr Maloney performed two surgeries on my heat to correct tetrollogy of Fallott. The first one in 1955 (where he finger fractured an artory). The second was in 1972 to complete the correction. I am now 70 and still going strong solely because of his skill and ability. Thank You

My dad was one of Doctor Maloney's first cancer patient. Before Doctor Maloney operated on my dad, he was given a 5% chance of living. After more than 35 years, with more than 1/3 of his lungs removed, my dad is still living a healthy & happy life. We are eternally grateful to Doctor Maloney, because it is only from his skill and knowledge that my dad survived.

Fond memories come to mind about our working together on AATS committees and Thoracic RRC. Taught me much about life. Enjoy listening to his adventure stories. A great affable and compassionate man. We will miss him. Tom DeMeester

Dr Maloney changed my life
He will be remembered with honor and affection

Dr Maloney saved our son on Dec 4,1973. Our son would not have survived without his healing hands. His compassion was evident as we sat together the night before his surgery. We were 24 yr old first time parents. He kindly explained what would happen, then he gave us such a gift by saying, "there is no risk to this surgery". I looked confused and he took my hand and said, "because he won't live without it - we have everything to gain and nothing to lose". In that moment the facts were...

A Scholar. A Gentleman, A Sportsman, A Father. A Grandfather, a Husband who adored his wife, a physician with healing hands and if you were fortunate to know him a priceless friend. He had it all. He had dignity and class. The memories he left us with are cherished.

To his entire family, thanks for sharing him with all of us. We were BLESSED.
