Not sure what to say?

I will miss Jim's humor, honor, and honesty.
I always knew where I stood with Jim when we worked together at Knape & Vogt.
When Jim said he would do something, it got done.
Jim had a very dry sense of humor that I didn't always appreciate, but understood.
Good bye, Jim; you will be missed.

Dear Beverly,
My heart-felt sympathy to you upon your husband's passing. May you feel God's comfort and peace during this difficult time. Be assured of my prayers for you and your children.
Your cousin,
Sue (Schut) Lettinga

I've always been proud to say Jim was my brother. I think I've looked up to him since I was able to. He was always kind and gentle, funny and easy going. Him and I had the same demeanor, so it was kind of hard to have lengthy discussions about a lot of things, as him and I are kind of on the quiet side. Since I was small he protected me from some older brothers, or kids at school, or whatever. He was like my own personal calvary at times. Now years later, he steps up again and becomes my hero...

To the Mapes Family,

I was so very sorry to hear about Jim's passing. Although I didn't work closely with Jim, when I did need to seek his help, he always helped with a smile and grace. He was one of the nicest guys I knew. He will be missed.
With heartfelt sincerity, my thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

My sympathy goes out to Jim's family, I worked with Jim for many years at KV and Jim was truely one of the good guys he will be in my prays always.
