Not sure what to say?

I was lucky to have such a great Dad. I knew from the time I was a little boy that God had put us together for special reasons. My Dads mission was to teach me work ethic, integrity and punctuality. My mission was to teach James to laugh, throw caution to the wind and enjoy the moment. It didn’t always work out as planned. I loved my Dad immensely and he remains deep in my heart forever. I have fond memories of Dads office in the Lloyd Building, his fountain pens, general ledgers and...

Uncle Jim, Great Uncle Jim actually, I appreciate your strength under control especially when demonstrated as the "iron claw". It brought many smiles and giggles from all the kids and even the adults who were remembering when...they were the recipients. I really enjoyed the story of Lake Pend Oreille and the naval testing grounds, and others from your days in the Navy. You shall be greatly missed.
My condolences to family and friends--may His face shine upon you and bless you.

I have many fond memories of Jim when Jack and I would come to Seattle from Anchorage. And I have some particularly fond memories of Rhea's Italian cooking. Jim was a special man of great integrity.

A wonderful man who always made me laugh.

I have many wonderful memories of Popo; "the iron claw", ALWAYS on time, taking a nap in his chair holding a pillow on his tummy, trying to teach me how to play poker and blackjack (sorry Popo I am still terrible), the mischievous grin and raising his eye brows at the same time and so many more.

Popo was a very kind person and I feel so blessed to have known him. May all the wonderful memories of him give you strength in your time of loss.

To The Children,
Just a quick note, to let you all know how special a person your Dad and Popo was to me. The loss of his warmth, friendship and humor saddens me and at the same time I'm so happy to have known such an outstanding human being. He may have left us but his influence and charm remains with all of us forever.
Best wishes!

Friend of the family

Our entire family enjoyed knowing your family when we were growing up and going to St Pauls. May James rest in peace. God bless.

We were next door neighbors to Jim & Rhea for over 19 years. Jim was the perfect neighbor, ready to be of help or just have a chat. We greatly miss these lovely neighbors. Now, we bless Jim on his new path, knowing he has found his new true home.
