Not sure what to say?

I am sorry this message is so late, as I just read his obituary. I moved from Georgia many years ago, but while I lived there I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Markham. I will always remember how well he treated me and the staff at BHS. He always made sure we received best he could offer. He had a caring heart and was so proud of his school. I will be forever grateful for his service in the military followed by his service in education. I will never forget the times he worked tirelessly...

Dear Dr. Ruth, even though your beloved Jim has been gone for five years, I still refer to him when I do my teacher trainings as the Principal who taught me the discipline of good time management. My trainings start on time and end on time in honor of Dr. Markham. Many blessings to you on this Fifth Anniversary of your beloved husband's passing. May you rest in peace, Dr. Markham!

Still praying for the repose of your soul, dear Dr. Markham! Many blessings to your family on this 2nd anniversary of your passing from this life to the next.

Hoping the Catholic in Dr. Markham appreciates that I still place his name in our Prayer Book each week at Mass for the repose of his soul. I will never forget him and all he did for me and my students. Many blessings to Dr. Ruth Markham and your entire family.

Dr. Markham may be physically gone from us but he will never be forgotten. An honorable gentleman, extraordinary leader and dedicated servant has left us. May you rest in peace, dear sir.

This candle is in honor of Jim Markham and I believe the Catholic in him would approve. We are are having a difficult time letting go of him. He took his positivity, integrity, grit, temper, and humor every place he went, usually by way of speeding Cadillac. His legacy is well represented by this "forever candle." Jim made a lasting impression on every person that he met, however brief the encounter, and every person will always remember their minutes/hours/days/years with him. We will all...

Sorry for your loss may there be comfort in knowing that god cares for you. 1peter 5:6,7

When someone we love falls asleep in death the memories we have of them become our treasure. May those cherished memories of a life well lived and God's promise at John 6:40 bring you a measure of comfort. My condolences to the family.

My sincere condolences may you find peace and comfort from knowing God care's about you 1Peter5:6,7
