Not sure what to say?

Dearest Jim ~ you are missed more than ever on this one year anniversary of your passing into Eternal Life. And that vision of you whole and healthy and heart-y in Heaven puts a smile on my face through the tears. God Bless you and help you keep a watchful eye on all of your family and friends on Earth:) LOVE, as ever, Your Sister Betsy

To the Marriott family, while we were in Marysville, your family felt like our family. Without Jim that connection would have never happened. He was such a caring man. I'm so sad to see that he is gone...yet so happy we were blessed to know him. All the best to you all. Valerie, Jason & Lauren Keeble

Kathy, James, Joy, Sarah and families, We were so honored to be a part of Jim's celebration of life services. You all did such a wonderful job in honoring your Dad. James, you seemed to say it all. Your Dad was a man of his convictions. Joy, a beautiful tribute to your Dad's loving personality. Sarah, you too, gave us a glimpse of your Dad's perserverence and welcomed and thanked us all for being there. Kathy, you were so beautiful and loving when you got up to read your notes about...

Our sympathy is heartfelt for the Marriott family. Some very sweet memories of you all. Our prayers are with you.

To the entire Mariott Family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time. May God Bless you. The Whatley Family

To our friend Joy and family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your loved ones.

My heart goes out to you and your family. Jim, who was always "Joy and Sarah's Daddy" to me, shines in my mind as a bright and loving light in the High Sierras. He built a beautiful home and family and was such an important part of my childhood.

I have many great memories of Jim and this family. My heart and prayers have been and will continue to be with you. His family is a reflection of his life and what a great Job Kathy and Jim have done. I will never forget the Aloha. We will miss him,but with a smile for the good times.

Good by Uncle Jim. I will miss you. For the rest of my family, may your sadness become joy knowing and accepting he is now at peace. I love you all very much
