Not sure what to say?

To the Family
I didn't know Jim very well from personal meetings at Point Place UCC & his parents' home. But, I did know the love & pride that his mother had for him. She shared some of her thoughts of him with me. She told me about his big heart (he use to look like a big tough guy - nothing like the picture in his obit). And, she told me about how much his children (and even his ex-wife) cared about him. May he be blessed with health & happiness in Heaven.
I am sorry that I can't...

Brother Boxcar,
You were the master of the rap around with that distinct sound when the puck hit the barrel, those days on the ice will be missed. You have touched a lot of lives in the sailing world and will be missed especially at Put In BAY, We may all meet again in that great lake ice rink called Shantee Creek.
brother, Timmy Ray

Dear Uncle Jim,

I will always remember the good times we had riding the kiddy rides and eating ice cream when you would take Kristy and me to the Rail Roads company picnics. I will also cherish the memories of the fun family gatherings you and Aunt Debbie would throw in Morin Point and the ice skating parties off your old dock. I’ll miss you and I will see you up there at the pearly gates some day.

Love ya lots, your niece Rebecca AKA legs ?

Brother James, You were quite a brother, when I was seven you let me help you deliver your papers and for that you bought me ice cream cones. I thought you were the coolest. We were proud of you when you made eagle scout and we thank you for getting the family involved with sailing. We'll miss that bearded guy with the John Deere hat sailing the course on a warm summer day... Brother Tom

Dear Family and Friends of Jimmy,

Jim possessed a wonderful capacity to just be himself. His fun-loving nature was really diminished in recent years by major health issues. Rest assured, he's in a better place and free to be himself once again.
Best regards,

When we were young and childish, and life was simple then, I remember the way you made us smile. You were so very funny and carefree in those days, I hope God noticed all the ways you helped along the way. God Bless you and your family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you...and your family...After almost 40 years of sailing, we always looked for those smiling eyes at Toledo Sailing Club. His name is on our trophys.

Dear Marriott family,

As a childhood friend to Dave, my heart goes out to you and your family during this time of sorrow.

I do pray that the Lord's peace will be displayed to you in a mighty way during your time of grief.
