Not sure what to say?

Jim was a great teammate and manager! Over the years, I enjoyed working for him and with him on various projects. Pat Gregory and I also had the pleasure of entertaining Jim, his family, and his friends in WestPoint, VA as members of the Fourth Generation. About a year ago, I was fortunate enough to run into Jim and his daughter at Memorial Regional Hospital. My thoughts are with Wanda, his children, grandchildren, and his many friends.

To the Massey family: I am saddened to hear of Jim´s passing. He was such a kind and professional leader, setting high standards of excellence. I am thankful for his mentoring, leadership, and friendship. Jim will truly be missed by our Crestar/SunTrust IT Family. Sending my condolences to Jim´s family

Jim was an incredibly adept manager and a treasured colleague at the bank. A great mentor, he hired smart people first and foremost, then helped them develop any missing skill sets. He was highly regarded both by his peers and his subordinates. Jim left an indelible mark and will definitely be missed. My prayers and condolences for all of Jim´s family. Ellen

Sorry for your loss. Thoughts and prayers for your family. Jim was a great co-worker. Although I never worked for him I enjoyed the many projects we worked on together. He was a great mentor to many folks.

To the Massey family, I am so sorry for the loss of your husband and father. He was a nice man and a wonderful example of a father. You all are in my thoughts and prayer.

Wanda and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Jim was one of the finest gentlemen I have known in my career and personal life. He took special pleasure in solving difficult business problems and enabling the personal growth and development of co-workers. I will miss his enduring friendship.
