I first met Jim in 9th grade at Emerson Jr. High in Lakewood. He provided friendship at a time when I needed it. Jim and I played on several teams together over the years and I always appreciated the all out effort he gave on every single play no matter what the circumstance of a game. we created a lot of special sports memories on teams like Squeakys and The Kenilworth Tavern. The fog that enveloped Smax for so long has cleared, and he now rests in eternal peace. At this time of loss, my thoughts and prayers are with Jim's loving family. I'm saddened to here of Jim's passing. He was my first boss at Mill Rose Co. He will be greatly missed. Rest In Peace Smax. Fly high boss.
