Not sure what to say?

oh no. i was just thinking of jim (and you cate). my thoughts are with you. he was a very KIND man. I will miss him greatly. Doreen (from Giorgio's Place) [email protected] Please, keep in touch!!

Dear Kate, Jay and Samantha,

Nancy Reid and Janet Lane let the Glenbard West class of 1968 know about James' passing. The obituary gave some information about him and his family. I want to extend my sympathy. Nice memories of James will live on with all of you.

Sincerely yours,

Edward R. Snively
Columbus, Ohio.

Hi Cate, Malcolm Robertson (Malc) writing, hope you remember me from Ronnie Hibles english class and the mock rock survey and our counter culture.
Sorry to hear about Jim (JMC), just ran across it on the internet. JMC and I had some good times together, we went to chicago a few times and the pool parties at his parents house.
I hope you and your son are doing well, and your little sister Peg.
I remember what a beautiful, charming and cool woman you are.
I live in NJ but was in...

To Cate and Jay, i just recently found about James, i am in shock, i loved him like an older brother, he was the first attorney i worked for, for almost 15 years, i am sad that i was not able to attend the services, had i known in time. I am just lost for words, he will always be in my heart as will you both..I love you guys, may he always rest in peace.

To Cate and family ~ I was fortunate to be able to see Cate and Jim rather frequently as they shopped at McChesney's together, and they evoked smiles and memories from long ago each time I saw them. I know Jim will be missed by all, and send my deepest sympathies.

Cate, my condolences. This notice of Jim's passing brings you both to mind. No couple in the class of '68 matched your style and confidence, you were both ahead of your times. To Jim, his memories, and your family.

Cate, I was so sad to hear you lost Jim. Being married for 42 years is a very long time to be with one person and I am sure you will miss him.

My thought and prayers are with you. Toby Merkel

Cate - I am very sorry to hear about Jim. Those of us from the class take Jim's passing and others from our class so very personally. Please know, that although we did not really know each other very well, and I regret that, I feel a sense of loss for Jim and sorrow for you. Blessings to you. Karen Weibel Ettinger.

Dear Kate, Nancy Grant Reid and Janet Lane let me know about Jim's passing. Like Jim I was part of the 1968 class of Glenbard West High School. You or Jim might remember me, Edward Snively, since I had impaired vision. Regardless, I want to extend my sincerest sympathy to everyone in your family. May God watch over and strengthen all of you. Sincerely yours, Edward R. Snively
